Prior to returning any item: You must email customer service within 14 days of your sales receipt date. Return requests are processed via email only.
In the request, include your name, sales receipt number, receipt date, and quantity/description of the items you would like to return. Return requests emailed beyond 14 days of the sales receipt date will not be authorized.
Once you receive an authorization to return an item:
Include a photocopy of the original receipt with a reason for return.
Ship the return package with Delivery Confirmation for your protection within 7 days.
The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage. If you fail to ship the returned merchandise within 7 days, you will not be eligible for a credit. Allow 5 business days (Monday-Friday) processing time once we receive the return for a credit to be issued to your card. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit is processed.
Order Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you cancel an order after you have selected "Place Order" in checkout and prior to it shipping there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee.
If the order has already shipped, you are not eligible to cancel your order. Instead you will need to request a return authorization by following the instructions above.
If you place an order and refuse the package without contacting us, you will be subject to the cancellation fee, shipping (to/from), and a 15% restocking fee.
Special Order Items: Special orders (items not available online) are not eligible for credit and may not be returned. If you have any questions about purchasing a special order item, please ask them prior to making a purchase.
Wrong Item Shipped: We do our best to carefully fill and package your order. However, occasionally mistakes happen.
If you receive the wrong item with your order, you must notify Screaming Eagle Stained Glass Studio at
customer service within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
We will work with you on the best solution to get the correct item to you.
